6 Tips to Help You Get Into the Late Game Stages in Fortnite
Everyone wants to get wins with tons of kills. Who wouldn't? But you can't win without making it to the late game.
Following these tips will get you into a better position to get you that victory royale that you are seeking every game.
Tip 1. Land at Unnamed Locations
Landing at unnamed locations is one of the best ways to get yourself in the position to get into the late game.When you land at an unnamed location, you have a much lower chance to get into fights.
So when you are looting up, you don’t have to worry about dealing with a fight and you can focus on getting your materials up.
Tip 2. Be Cautious With Your Shots
Being cautious with your shots will make sure you don’t get into a fight you will regret.
Always think before taking your shot, “Will I get enough damage to remove all of my enemy’s shield” and think “Do I have enough health and a good enough position to take on this fight?”
If you are careful and think before you shoot, this will keep you alive more times than not.
Tip 3. Move With the Circle
Do not try to move to the center of the circle the moment the new safe circle is announced.
If you try to go to the new safe circle immediately, you will most likely get spotted and shot at.
Try staying at the edge of the circle while it is moving, but don’t get caught up in the circle.
If you see a mountain that is unoccupied you could also try to get a better position on it.
Tip 4. Stay Stealthy
Going in guns blazing won’t always end up the way you want it to.
If you are trying to get more kills, you probably won’t make it as far as someone who is trying to stay alive longer.
Being quiet will keep your enemies guessing your position. But always take the initiative to get better positioning.
Tip 5. Use Silenced Weapons
When I say use silenced weapons, this doesn’t discard a shotgun.
If you think the shot you are about to take is the right choice, using a silenced weapon could still conceal your position.
If you are in a close range battle though, try to get more silenced smg shots in then shotgun shots.
Tip 6. Collect Materials
If you don’t have many materials, you will probably die.
Building is still one of the most important parts of fortnite to this date, so if you don’t have materials, you probably will die.
Be sure to cut down trees, but not completely, and get cars and rocks.
